How do I book a room at Potato Head Hotel?

We've secured special rates for our guests at Potato Head and would love for everyone to stay on-site — it keeps the weekend easy and all in one place.

Can I extend my stay using the special rate?

Yes! Our rate can be applied to additional nights. Just let us know your dates in the RSVP here.

Do I need to arrange my own transportation for anything?

All main events will take place at Potato Head. Guests staying on-site won't need to arrange transport.

We'll provide transportation for off-site events (golf), as well as airport transfers upon arrival.

If you'd like assistance arranging your departure transfer, we're happy to coordinate it for you (cost payable directly to the driver).

When should I arrive and leave?

We recommend arriving by 1PM on Friday (July 17) to enjoy the full weekend with us.

Thursday and Sunday's events are option — come for as much or as little as you'd like.

You're welcome to depart anytime on Sunday or Monday, and we highly encourage extending your stay to make a trip out of Bali (or Asia!).

What time should I arrive for each event?

All wedding events will take place within the resort, and exact timings can be found on the Schedule page.

We'll share reminders and any specific meeting points closer to each event.

What will the weather be like?

Bali will be warm and tropical. In July, temperatures usually range between 24-31°C (75-88°F).

Evenings are slightly cooler, particularly by the water. We recommend lightweight, breathable fabrics for all events.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

The majority of events will take place outdoors (except for the afterparty), so plan for warm weather.

All events are on concrete, so no need to worry about heels sinking into grass!

What should I wear?

Each event has its own dress code — please see the Schedule page for details.

You'll be on a tropical island, so plan accordingly. Lightweight fabrics are encouraged, and sunglasses are a good idea for the sunset events.

Are children invited?

We're so happy to have your little ones join us for the weekend's festivities!

While we welcome them at our events, please note that the wedding day (Saturday) will be adults-only.

Can I bring my helper?

Yes, absolutely! Just let us know in your RSVP if you'll need additional room arrangements, and we'll coordinate from there.

The same event attendance guidelines apply to helpers as they do for children.
