Where to stay

We've secured special rates for our guests at Potato Head Hotel, where most of the wedding weekend will take place.

To make the weekend seamless (and keep the party going), we would love everyone to stay on-site with us.

How to get there

We suggest flying into Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS).

Flights for the golfers:

We recommend that you get into Bali at some point on Wednesday, July 15, as the golf tournament will take place first thing Thursday morning.

Flights for everyone else:

We recommend that you get into Bali at the latest around 1PM on Friday, July 17, as the first event will begin at 5:30PM.

Airport Transfers:

We will be providing airport transfers to the hotel for all of our guests upon arrival.

For departures, we're happy to arrange a car for you as well at your own expense. Simply include your details in the RSVP form.

Visas:

Most guests will be eligible for either visa-free entry or a Visa on Arrival.

Singapore, Hong Kong passport holders:
Visa-free entry for up to 30 days.

U.S., Taiwan, India passport holders:
Eligible for Visa on Arrival (VOA) for up to 30 days.

For those requiring a Visa on Arrival:

To save time at the airport, you may apply in advance here.
Otherwise, the fee is payable upon arrival at DPS Airport.
Payment is typically accepted by card (Visa/Mastercard) or cash.

As policies may change, we recommend checking official Indonesian immigration sources prior to travel.

Getting Around in Bali:

Most events will take place at Potato Head, allowing guests staying on-site to move seamlessly between celebrations.

Transportation will be provided for any off-site wedding events (including golf).

For personal travel around Bali, Grab and Gojek are convenient options, and the hotel concierge can assist with private car arrangements. Traffic can be upredictable, so we recommend planning for extra time.
